Athletic and nutritional programs

I create personal programs corresponding to your goals. You can follow it yourself at the gym or at home. Explanations and track of your progression from the start to the end for guaranteed results.

At the gym

At the gym

I come to your gym to bring you advices, motivation and efficient exercises depending on the equipment and your objectives.

At home

Alone or in group, I come with my stuff to bring you an athletic session adapted to your needs.



Let’s get out from the gym or from your home to go to the park, the wood or in the street to enjoy the nature or landscapes around us.

On appointment

I propose packs of sessions (1, 5, 10, 20) to fix, according to your availabilities, in the limit of 2 times per week.

A first free session with tests will permit to identify together your profile, needs and objectives. At the end of this one, a specific and individual program will be suggested. This one will evolve over the course of the sessions and in function of your performances.
Every session not cancelled at least 24h before will be conceded as a session done.

For this, teach novice and experienced athletes in search of progress to optimize methodically training and nutrition to become better.
My name is Thomas Olivron, passionate about sport, I made it my job : from the scientific approach to physical training by following the Bayesian Bodybuilding formation.

I am currently situated in Tours where I can move to any gym (which allows it), at your home, individually or in group.
I also coach remotely, and offers nutritional monitoring and training optimization.

In parallel, I passionately maintain my Instagram in order to reach a maximum of interested people wishing to forge a healthier way of life in a fast and effective way. If you want nutritional, sport advices and something to stay motivated to improve you daily life, this is it!
